The HW Lord Street Motel is a 3 1/2 star property with 23 newly renovated and refurbished stylish rooms. Located just 10 minutes walk from the white sands of Port Macquarie's famous Town Beach and 15 minutes walk from the CBD, nightlife, shops and restaurants. Scenic walks, places of interest and sporting facilities are all close by.

The HW Lord Street Motel features a tropical BBQ and pool, air conditioning and comfortable rooms, most with private balconies. All rooms are set to accommodate 4 guests. You will find our rooms cool and comfortable. Most rooms have a private balcony.

Port Macquarie offers a lot to see and do. The staff at HW will help you arrange a variety of activities to make your stay more enjoyable.

Port Macquarie is home to a large native koala population. Visit the Koala Hospital (300metres from HW Lord St Motel) where you can view injured or sick koalas in the natural habitat or be photographed with a baby koala at the Billabong Koala Breeding Centre.

Whale watching aboard Port's luxurious vessel 'Whalewatcher' will give you an experience of a life time. 2 to 2 1/2 hr Cruises run daily from the Town Wharf, includes morning or afternoon tea and a fantastic educational commentary. Whalewatcher is a roomy vessel with a full weather protected cabin, upstairs viewing deck with seating for 10 passengers, a full walk around deck, wheelchair access on the lower deck and full bathroom facilities. You'll have a whale of a time!! Whale watching season is from 1st June to 31st October.

Deep Sea Fishing - Ocean Star Port Macquarie. Locally owned and operated, John and crew would like to welcome you aboard the Ocean Star, a 40ft custom Randel charter fishing boat. The Ocean Star is superbly equipped with the latest electronics, comfortable seating and private toilet. Individuals or groups catered for! Come along and enjoy a memorable and rewarding experience. All you need is your hat!

4WD Surfing Tour - Join the Soul Surfing 4WD Tour and we will take you to find the best waves that this stretch of coastline has to offer. Use local knowledge to limit travel time and get into those barrels faster. Tour features 7am pick up, travel to Crescent Head and Dunbogan, morning tea, 11am return, at least 2 hours surfing and more!

River Cruises - Port Venture. The Port Venture is licensed to carry up to 250 passengers and cruises the Hastings River at Port Macquarie daily. Our 2 hour scenic cruises depart daily at 10am and 2pm including morning or afternoon tea, boom netting, dolphin spotting and kids parties. Other features include barbecue cruises on Wednesdays, easy access for strollers and wheelchairs and a fully licenced bar!
